Tre Nudi è una piccola raccolta di tre brani per pianoforte solo.
Sono stati scritti nel 2006 e ad oggi li riconosco essere la base del mio pensiero pianistico. Ogni brano è inteso come una sorta di prosciugamento di lavori con organico maggiore: le icone private delle lamine d'oro e d'argento di cui sono vestite, nude. E nudo e solo è il mio pianoforte nell'immaginarsi le sue cadenze. Non eroico ma nervosamente ironico, plastico, mosso dalla ricerca di una dimensione d'intima autenticità piuttosto che da un'esigenza d'esplorazione del possibile. Le preparazioni e i "modes de jeu" non sono altro che segni della sua storia, ricordi di lingue parlate, ecolalie differite.
The Nudi series is a brief exploration of the solitude of an instrument with its player. A small collection regarding the evanescence of a dialogue that becomes a monologue, about the moment in which you discover yourself alone, made up of perfect intimacy and crude discomfort. A perceptual space made up of stories that don’t need to be told because there is no audience and because we know that they will get lost in chronometric time: their life expires in the passing of a thought. A dimension in which the exposed body rids itself of social characters, sniffs itself, hugs itself. While looking in a mirror it leaves its body and observes itself. Tre Nudi is the first small collection and it has been written in 2006. It represents the core of my piano thinking in which the preparations and the "modes de jeu" aim to create the tense ambiguity of the sound sources and constrain the pianist to fuse with the body of the instrument.
